Our annual Fall Retreat is here for CHC Youth! Come hang out with us at Camp Luther in Mission (Hatzic Lake). 

 

REGISTRATION OPENS SEPTEMBER 3

Early bird Registration until September 16:
$179 per person // $139 per additional siblings

September 17 and after:
$189 per person // $149 per additional siblings

Register by October 8 - space is limited!

Transportation to and from Camp Luther is not included. Meet at Camp Luther (9311 Shook Rd, Mission, BC).

MEDICAL RELEASE:

I release Central Heights Church and its Youth Staff from any liabilities incurred by my child while at the CHC Fall Youth Retreat. In the event my child suffers sudden illness, accident, or injury, I give permission for any emergency treatment that is deemed necessary by a licensed physician. Every effort will be made to contact the parent or guardian prior to any emergency treatment.

MEDIA CONSENT:

Central Heights Church does not include names of minors with their pictures/videos in any promotional material. I consent to the use of pictures/videos taken of my minor attending the CHC Fall Youth Retreat for website, promotional, social media and reporting purposes.

Deadline To Register is Tuesday, October 8. Cancelling After October 4, will result in a $100 Non-refundable deposit from each registration.

You will need to register each student separately, but payment can be made once (added together).
