youth missions trip 2025 parent consent form

The missions trip is open for students currently in Grade 10-12. For this missions trip from August 24-29, we will head to Green Bay Bible Camp (https://greenbay.bc.ca/) in Kelowna, BC. We are going to be supporting them in running a day camp, which means connecting with kids, running activities, and serving at camp in lots of practical ways. We will also be spending time as a team leaning into discipleship and learning together. We are excited to grow in relationship with God and with one another as we serve. 

If your child is accepted to be part of the Missions Trip Team, you will receive a link to pay the $50  deposit, which will be due Sunday, June 8.

As a parent/guardian, I would like to see the student for which I am responsible participate in the Central Heights Church High School Missions Trip, (August 24-29, 2025). I (we) want to support, encourage, and hold my (our) teenager accountable as he/she prepares for this missions trip and will support the team and its leaders.
